We are pleased to announce the results of the recent voting for official ICS elected positions:
Continence Promotion Committee Chair
Winner confirmed: Tamara Dickinson – 3 year term to begin as of the 2012 ICS AGM (18 October)
Online Ordinary Resolution (Yes/No) vote: Trustee, Gynaecological post
The online voting for Alex Wang’s candidacy has now concluded. Interim results can not be announced until after paper ballot voting at the ICS AGM in Beijing. Following the AGM, electronic and paper ballot votes will be combined to achieve the final result.
Single Transferable Vote (STV) result: Trustee, Allied Health/Non-Physician post
STV vote winner confirmed: Katherine Moore *
- Candidates who have been successful in the STV process must be formally ratified by ICS membership voting at the AGM, and by online voting prior to the AGM. This is a requirement of UK Company Law and is the same voting process used in 2011. Provided the candidate achieves the approval of more than 50% of the total Ordinary Resolution (yes/no) votes, they are formally declared to be appointed as Trustee.
