The ICS is saddened to announce the passing of Dr. Mostafa Elhilali.
Mostafa Elhilali was a long term ICS member with a world-wide reputation as a renowned Urologist and philanthropist. Dr. Elhilali became General Secretary of the SIU in 1999, and held this position until 2006.
