Are you thinking about coming to Montreal? Watch the latest video by Jerzy Gajewski, Cara Tannenbaum and Martine Jolivet and hear all about the fantastic science and social programme the Scientific Committee have planned for you!
The 45th Annual Meeting of the International Continence Society will be held in Montreal, Canada, 6-9th October 2015, 10 years after the last ICS Annual Meeting in the city! Renowned speakers from across the globe will travel here to share their latest research results and discoveries on issues faced in daily practice. This international event will bring together physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, physiologists, scientists and other professionals, who all have an interest in issues affecting all sectors related to continence, pelvic floor, and urinary tract functions.
The Scientific Committee have introduced a new shorter programme! We understand that delegates feel under pressure from increasing costs and spending time away from patients, institution and family. Therefore, from this year we have reduced the length of the ICS meeting to a more concise total of 4 days. There will be 1 day of workshops and 3 days of integrated scientific programme and workshops. The programme will conclude on Friday with a closing ceremony lunch, meaning you can be home for the weekend.
But it's not all work, work, work! There is plenty for delegates to do outside of the convention centre- Montreal is a blend of history and culture with vibrant urban living, which gives the city its charming personality and friendly atmosphere. So there is something for everyone! You can go hiking, sightseeing, shopping, watch an ice hockey game or just relax in one of the many fantastic bars and restaurants.
