As today is the last day of ICS 2024 Madrid, on behalf of the ICS Board of Trustees, I would like to thank Pedro Blasco Hernández and Carmen González Enguita as well as the whole Local Organising Committee for inviting us to the magnificent city of Madrid. We have enjoyed an exceptional scientific programme in a fantastic location and are extremely proud to have hosted an entirely in-person meeting with over 1,900 delegates in attendance. Delegates have joined us from 85 countries and we are thrilled to have been able to network and explore the latest research together.
We have experienced three cutting-edge state of the art sessions, over 20 workshops and more than 30 scientific sessions. Delegates also benefited from popular and informative product theatres by our supporters in the exhibition area. In addition to the learning opportunities, we hope that you enjoyed the social events and were able to soak up some of the rich Spanish culture.
I would like to express our sincere gratitude to those of you who took the time to submit an abstract or workshop application. Without our scientific programme, workshop presenters and chairs, there would be no annual meeting and so we are truly grateful. We hope that you believe the meeting to have been beneficial and that you will consider submitting content again in the future.

ICS-EUS 2025 Abu Dhabi
Next year's annual meeting will take place 18 – 19 September in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We truly hope you will join us for what is set to be an unforgettable meeting.
