The first official stage in the preparations for ICS 2024 Madrid has arrived – we are now inviting applications for Clinical, Non-Clinical and Research Workshops. ICS members may submit their scientific activities (seminars, debates, discussion groups, forums and updates) anytime between now and Tuesday 9th January for this chance to present educational content in Madrid.
We are calling for workshops in Urology, Urogynecology, Colorectal, Bowel Dysfunction, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Conservative Management and Pure and Applied Science.
The Board of Trustees particularly welcomes workshop applications in the following topics for ICS 2024:
- Neurourology
- Male LUTS
- Fistulae
- Colorectal diseases

Workshop Categories
Presenting a workshop at an ICS meeting is a great way to showcase your institution and the practices that you are currently undertaking. The application to run a workshop must be completed by the Workshop Chair via the ICS website. Please note that the Workshop Chair must be an ICS member.
On successful submission of your application you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt. All applications are then graded and selected by the ICS Education Committee by the end of February 2024.
Completing your workshop application
The following details should be included in your application:
• Title
• Length
• Keywords
• Aims and Objectives (100 max)
• Description of workshop
• Any special requirements
• Speaker names, experience and disclosures (new for 2024)
• The developed schedule of the workshop
TIP: You may amend your workshop application at any time up until the deadline - even after it's been submitted.
