ePoster abstracts are displayed at the ICS Annual Meeting and on the ICS website. Authors present their work to delegates during scheduled presentation sessions.

Key steps for ePoster presenters:

  1. Prepare and upload your ePoster by 25 September
  2. Use the template and ensure your design is clear and readable
  3. Attend your scheduled session to present your work and answer questions

ePoster Submission

All ePosters must be prepared and uploaded by 25 September.

Authors are required to upload their final ePoster via the abstracts system.

ePoster Design and Template

Authors are encouraged to use the official ePoster template to ensure correct formatting and display.

Download the ePoster Template

Please test your ePoster in the template and ensure your design is clear and legible on screen. Use concise text, clear headings, and high-quality visuals to maximise impact. Avoid overcrowding and ensure all text is easily readable from a distance.
