Keynote speaker, Dr. Zainab Noor (Specialist Clinical Psychologist and Psychology Service Lead), will delve into the signs of burnout and its related concepts—compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. She will share powerful strategies for recognizing burnout and managing it both now and in the future.

You will participate in an interactive group exercise designed to equip you with practical tools to enhance your well-being and resilience.
