                                                     | 
	After this workshop, participants will be able to: 
- Identify, measure and screen for physical and cognitive frailty in older persons
 
- Identify co-existing conditions which might be amenable to pre-operative intervention to achieve best outcomes following surgical treatments for lower urinary tract and pelvic floor dysfunction in frail older women.
 
- Identify and implement post-operative interventions designed to improve outcomes from surgical intervention for lower urinary tract and pelvic floor dysfunction in women
